Blackberry Breeze

The Blackberry Breeze is Camp West’s easygoing, fruit-forward mocktail, and it is one hundred percent zero-proof. Dark, juicy blackberry meets bright lemon and a long pour of bubbles for a drink that tastes like a Pacific Northwest summer afternoon. In our cabin-inspired bar in the West Seattle Junction, it is the crowd-pleaser, the one that works for the designated driver, the sober-curious guest, the parent-to-be, or anyone who just wants something fizzy, fun, and refreshing without the alcohol. It is approachable enough for a first-time N/A drinker and good enough that you will order another.

What’s In It

The Blackberry Breeze starts with a Giffard non-alcoholic spritz base. Giffard is a fifth-generation French house known for its natural fruit and floral syrups and alcohol-free liqueurs, which bring real fruit character and balanced sweetness without any alcohol. We build on that with fresh blackberry for deep, jammy berry flavor and color, bright lemon for acidity, and a generous top of soda water and Sprite for crisp, lemon-lime fizz. The result is bubbly, berry-forward, and wonderfully easy to drink.

How It Tastes

Juicy and refreshing. You get ripe blackberry up front, then a wash of lemon-lime brightness from the soda and Sprite, with a clean, sparkling finish. It is fruit-forward and lightly sweet, balanced by fresh lemon so it never tips into cloying. Cold, fizzy, and built for sipping in the sun, or any season in West Seattle.

A Standout Zero-Proof Option

The Blackberry Breeze is perfect for designated drivers, guests who are pregnant, anyone exploring a sober-curious lifestyle, and those simply skipping alcohol for the night. Camp West runs a serious zero-proof program: our mocktails get the same fresh fruit, quality non-alcoholic ingredients, and bartender care as our full cocktail list, so you are never stuck choosing between a real drink and a glass of soda. This one is our friendliest gateway into alcohol-free.

What to Pair It With

The Blackberry Breeze’s berry-and-citrus fizz is a natural with fried and crispy plates. Pair it with the Crunchy Chicken Sammie for a classic fizzy-soda-and-sandwich combo, the Peri Peri Cauliflower to cool the spice, or finish with S’mores for a berry-and-chocolate treat. Is the Blackberry Breeze really alcohol-free?

Yes. It is built entirely with non-alcoholic ingredients, including a Giffard non-alcoholic spritz base, soda, and Sprite, so it contains no alcohol.

The Blackberry Breeze is $9 at Camp West.

Is it sweet?

It is the sweeter, more approachable option on our mocktail list, thanks to the blackberry and Sprite, but fresh lemon keeps it bright and balanced rather than syrupy.
