About the Producer
The house of Boulard was founded in 1825 by Pierre-Auguste Boulard in Normandy, France, and has remained a family name in Calvados for generations. The brand draws on the Pays d’Auge, the most prestigious Calvados-producing area, using a wide range of apple varieties from its own orchards and local growers.
