Gulfstream

The Gulfstream is one of the brightest things on the bar at Camp West, and it just happens to be completely zero-proof. Picture a warm-weather current carried up the coast: cool cucumber, garden-fresh elderflower, and a snap of lime, built into a crisp, refreshing alcohol-free aperitif. In our cabin-inspired room in the West Seattle Junction, it is the drink guests reach for when they want something sophisticated and thirst-quenching without the alcohol. Whether you are the designated driver, sober-curious, expecting, or simply taking the night off, the Gulfstream lets you sit at the bar with a beautiful glass in hand and miss absolutely nothing.

What’s In It

The Gulfstream is built on Figlia Sole, a non-alcoholic aperitivo from the Figlia line. Sole is fruit-forward and complex, blending tart Meyer lemon and ripe peach with sweet basil, elderflower, jasmine, and a gentle backbone of white pepper and chili that keeps it from tasting like juice. We layer in Giffard Non-Alcoholic Elderflower, a floral liqueur-style elderflower from the fifth-generation French house Giffard, made with natural elderflower extract for notes of spring blossom, pear, and bright citrus. Fresh lime and crisp cucumber round it out, adding cooling, garden-like freshness and a clean, juicy finish.

How It Tastes

Light, floral, and genuinely refreshing. The first sip is all cool cucumber and elderflower blossom, followed by tart lime and a soft peach sweetness from the Sole. It finishes dry and clean rather than sugary, with a whisper of pepper and herb that gives it real depth. Think of it as a garden spritz that drinks like a well-made cocktail, just without any alcohol.

A Standout Zero-Proof Option

The Gulfstream is a great choice for designated drivers, guests who are pregnant, anyone who is sober-curious, and folks who simply want to skip alcohol tonight without ordering a soda. Camp West takes its zero-proof program seriously: we use the same premium non-alcoholic spirits, fresh produce, and careful technique we put into our full cocktail list, so an N/A drink here feels like an equal on the menu, not an afterthought. It is built to be sipped slowly and enjoyed.

What to Pair It With

The Gulfstream’s cucumber-and-citrus brightness loves fresh, herb-driven plates. Try it with our Chimichurri Burrata, the creamy cheese and bright herb sauce echoing the drink’s garden notes, or with the Golden Salmon Cakes for a crisp, coastal pairing. It is also a lovely match for the Kale Caesar. See everything on our dine-in menu.
