Style & Mash Bill
Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon blended from four recipes: OBSK, OESK, OBSO, and OESO. Those draw on both Four Roses mash bills, one at 60% corn, 35% rye, 5% malted barley, the other at 75% corn, 20% rye, 5% malted barley. The result is bottled at 90 proof, a sweet spot between easygoing and substantial.
