Tropical, bright, and just a little unexpected, the Offset Ciderworks Pink Guava Cider brings a splash of the tropics to Camp West in the West Seattle Junction. This Washington-made cider takes a crisp apple-and-pear base and runs it through juicy pink guava for a pour that is vibrant without being heavy. At our cabin-inspired cocktail bar and restaurant, it is a favorite for anyone looking beyond the usual beer list.
About the Producer
Offset Ciderworks is a craft cidery in Mountlake Terrace, Washington, just north of Seattle, started by an Edmonds native. The team builds its ciders on Washington-grown apples and pears, using all-natural ingredients and no added sugar. Pouring a neighbor’s cider at our West Seattle bar is exactly the kind of local connection we love.
Style & Tasting Notes
The Pink Guava Cider layers ripe, tropical guava over Offset’s clean, off-dry cider base. Expect a rosy hue, a fragrant guava aroma, and a refreshing, fruit-driven body that finishes crisp rather than cloying. Naturally gluten-free and easy-drinking, it is a bright, sunny choice any time of year.
What to Pair It With
Tropical fruit and seafood are a natural match. We love this cider with our Blackened Cod, the Golden Salmon Cakes, or the Chicken Spinach Salad. Find your favorite on our dine-in menu.
