Conciere Tequila

Every good agave list needs a dependable house pour, and at Camp West in West Seattle, Conciere is ours. It is the tequila reaching for when you order a margarita, a Paloma, or a tequila cocktail at the bar. Clean, smooth, and easy-drinking, Conciere is built to mix well and keep your round affordable without cutting corners on character. We carry it as our well tequila (the “H” on our list stands for house) because it does exactly what a good house spirit should: it lets the cocktail shine.

About the Producer

Conciere is a line of premium well spirits crafted in Tequila, Mexico, at a family-owned distillery in the heart of the region that gives the spirit its name. The brand was created to give bars and restaurants an elevated, reliable house option, with an emphasis on smooth, mixable tequila and clean design. It is a working bartender’s bottle, made to pour all night long.

Agave & Region

Conciere’s blue agave is grown at the foot of the Tequila Volcano in Jalisco, Mexico. The tequila we pour is the silver (blanco) style: unaged, bright, and ready for the shaker. As a well-priced mixing tequila, it is a tequila distilled from blue agave alongside cane sugar rather than a 100 percent agave bottling, which is part of why it stays smooth and budget-friendly for cocktails. It is everything you want from a house tequila in a busy bar.

Tasting Notes

Conciere Silver is light and approachable, with gentle sweetness, soft agave, and a clean, crisp finish. There is a touch of citrus and pepper that wakes up beautifully with lime and salt. On its own it is mellow and unfussy; in a cocktail it carries the drink without overpowering the other ingredients. This is a tequila that plays well with others.

How to Enjoy It at Camp West

Conciere is at its best in a cocktail. Order it in a classic margarita, a Paloma with grapefruit soda, or a Ranch Water with lime and sparkling water. It is our go-to mixing tequila, poured at $9. If you are after a sipping tequila to enjoy neat, ask your server about our 100 percent agave bottles like Casamigos, Cascahuín, or Cazcanes. Conciere is here to keep the cocktails flowing.
