Mocktails in West Seattle: Camp West’s Zero-Proof Menu

August 6, 2026

Not drinking tonight — or just not drinking right now? At Camp West, our cabin-inspired bar in the West Seattle Junction, zero-proof gets the same respect as the rest of the cocktail list. Real ingredients, real technique, real glassware. Here’s the current alcohol-free lineup, each with its own page if you want the full story.

Blackberry Breeze

The crowd-pleaser: dark, juicy blackberry, bright lemon, and a long pour of bubbles. Tastes like a Pacific Northwest summer afternoon.

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragonfruit

Our most playful pour — vivid dragonfruit, spicy-sweet ginger beer, cool cucumber, and lime, with a little kick hiding underneath.

Gulfstream

Crisp and garden-fresh: cucumber, elderflower, and a snap of lime built into a refreshing alcohol-free aperitif.

Bittersweet Symphony

The grown-up one. A non-alcoholic amaro layered with bitter botanicals, hibiscus, cinnamon, and orange — proof that zero-proof can be spirit-forward.

Not Your Average Toddy (Hot)

Served warm: non-alcoholic amaro wrapped in honey-ginger, baking spice, and bright citrus. The coziest thing on the menu.
